To consider and approve the examined annual accounts for 2021.

  3. Appointment of Examiner

To appoint an Examiner of the accounts for the coming year.

  1. Motions to AGM.

8.1 The LDER Constitution 4.1 shall be amended, with the word 'associate' being deleted and replaced by the word 'affiliate'.

This is to bring the LDER constitution into alignment with the reform of party bodies such as ourselves into affiliate organisations of the party.

Motions may be submitted by full LDER members, if relevant to the objectives of LDER and deemed by the Chair to be in order. Motions must be submitted to info@lder.org ten days before the AGM is held (in this instance 23 October). Emergency motions can be submitted up until the start of the AGM, again at the discretion of the Chair.

Close of formal AGM - approximately 8 pm.
